The Story of Yemeni Cuisine

We believe that the fastest way to know someone truly is through their food. Therefore, we would like to share some of the most Famous Yemeni Dishes with Scotland! And tell the story behind the dish and its rituals. We want the attendees to experience and live the day like how we would have it in Yemen.

The event will include a workshop for all attendees to learn about a famous Yemeni dish & its history & how to make it, there will be a Yemeni cook showing how to make the dish in person.
